I never knew heels could be designed as heels, without heels. It's pretty amazing what Alexander McQueen can do with his shoe designs. They are really out of this world and I never knew such designs could be made wearable at all. As much as it seems that he completely changed the structure of high heels, he really didn't do so as he basically made the support base of the shoe slightly longer but kept it flat to give that levitating effect without affecting the balance of wearing heels without heel support.
