The concept here is bubbles. Many, many bubbles floating up from the bottom. I don't think they each have a lightbulb in it. They're just plastic spheres for display. I know that bubbles don't come is just 7 or 8 in a group, but in like hundreds but as a sculpture I find this a tad too messy. Maybe it's just from this photo and not as bad if one were to see it in person but I just feel that it's a huge clump of spheres.
