The only way to give a photo a layer of filter is to edit them on smartphones or computers. Like a mashing up two photos into one. But this is one of the manual ways to have a patterned filter without using neither both of them. This art display of snow was done in an enclosed showroom and the artist had handprints all over the glass, giving the scene a 'filter'. Pretty neat!
