Not your average kind of building. Then again, there are more buildings like these nowadays especially ones that are owned by art and design based companies. I find it weird that people are more than willing to spend an extra fortune for a metal design wrap around the building which has absolutely no other function than, design. Architecture, must be one of the most costly kind of art around.
