Came across these really pretty paper flowers in front of SOTA and I thought that it must be some art display sort of thing but no one was actually bothered with it. I just had to take a photo since I knew it wasn't a permanent thing. Later that evening when I walked pass again, there were many people holding up torchlight, 'charging' the glow-in-the-dark markings on the flower petals and you can see the flowers light up in various different patterns! Are these, night lotuses?
