These cotton-stuffed objects looked like alphabets to me at first. Then I took a closer look and noticed that they were just random shapes with faces placed randomly. Primary colours were primarily used except for the green and they were placed to form a frame. It seems like children art but this art piece overall gives me a happy vibe.
