This reminded me of the hanging toys above a baby's crib. Here however are design elements of a home. There's a tree, a house, a car if I'm not mistaken and one more that I didn't manage to capture in this photo. These four wire structures were just slowly turning clockwise like how a dangling baby chord toy would and I feel that it's showing that these are the cornerstones to a basic family. Having the actress at night, the wires were painted white with spotlights shining on them.
