I came across this edgy-looking unknown object and I was really fascinated with what it was. To my surprise it they were actually made of white melted chocolate, brushed onto parchment paper and then dipped into cold ice water. That produced these chocolate flowers which can then be painted with edible colour sugar pastes. This really is one fantastic piece of food art!
