Combining 2D and 3D art makes the whole art design extraordinary as it forces the viewers to look at it only at a certain point of view, from how the artist intended them to see. As for the cat on the wall being able to make the glass of milk spill and transfer from "3D" onto the wall, that's something for the brain to wrap around.
