It's only normal for the arty-heart of Singapore to have a few graffiti in the alleys here and there. Although I cannot really make up what does this particular one say, the colours of the graffiti as a whole blends well with each other and there is no focus point on this artwork that you're forced to look at the whole wall part by part because every detail is interesting.
