This piece of art was not only about the flickering lights but was accompanied with the buzzing sounds. When the lights flickered on and off randomly, the sounds that I heard was probably what the artist thought to be the different speed of electricity passing through the cables, lighting up the lightbulbs. Although light and sound are two different energies.
